wintermint artworks are handmade, small batch, and limited editiom, returns for change of mind are not accepted 
 
we do all we can to make sure your items are packaged carefully, though we understand that accidents happen during the shipping process. in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email wintermintart@gmail.com with photos of the damage to arrange a refund.
